Timetable for online exercise classes for March - April
Mondays 11am – 12noon: Ageing Well Exercise to maintain Physical Fitness and Brain Health. Suitable for fit older adults, early-stage Parkinson's or other neurological conditions. All standing (but mainly moving about!)
Tuesdays 2pm – 3pm: Fitness Tai Chi. Standing, but seated option possible.
Tuesdays 6pm - 6.30pm: PFlex - 7-week course to protect from urinary incontinence. Next course from 16 March. See News page for details
Wednesdays 11am -12noon: Dance Exercise for Parkinson's. Standing, but seated option possible.
Wednesdays 6pm -7pm: Basic Pilates. Floor work.
Thursdays 2pm - 3pm: Exercise to Music for Parkinson's and people with mobility challenges. Mainly seated.
Members can attend any/all classes listed. They will also have access to additional videos. All classes subject to change; members will be informed.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
£20 subscription will give you access to ALL the classes listed FOR 4 WEEKS, plus the videos.
*£5.00 Discount* for people with Parkinson’s, MS or Stroke damage.
