Pilates ++ Tuesdays 7.30 pm—9pm.
The Cyril Boatman Hall, Yiewsley-&-West Drayton Community Centre, Harmondsworth Road. Class includes a 30 minute exercise to music workout to energise the system followed by one hour of Pilates matwork exercises for abs and thigh toning, flexibility, posture and balance. Suits all ages, beginner/mixed level. Excellent for stress relief!
£7.50 per class
(or Exercise to Music only: £3; Pilates only: £5.50).
